Let me share a bit more about my journey…

I've worked in Silicon Valley throughout my career. I understand the challenges and opportunities of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This means I had to learn how to eat ambiguity for breakfast and shift gears while my hair's on fire!

I spent the last 17 years of my corporate career in Strategic Partnership & Development roles at Google. I also volunteered as an internal career coach and team development facilitator during this time. I really enjoyed helping people learn more about themselves, grow, and achieve their goals.

This is what started an exciting new spark! I knew I needed to find a way to focus my time on helping people in this way and do work that made me thrive.

I left Google in 2020 to start a new chapter and focus on building out my coaching and consulting business.

As a life-long learner, growth is important to me. So is doing my best to be my best for my clients. I am a:

I am also co-founder of Cura, a startup committed to helping first-generation and early career talent launch and build their career faster.

Advancing the careers and lives of women and Latinx is important to me. I volunteer as an Executive Coach for The Women's Impact Alliance and serve on the Board of Directors for The SJSU Latino Alumni Network and Sacred Heart Nativity Schools of San Jose.

I am a mom, a breast cancer previvor by choice and a survivor by chance, and have handled my fair share of life challenges.

I am also an obsessive learner, creative dabbler, and a coffee, wine, and live music lover. Great wine + live music at an outdoor venue = pure MAGIC!
